Soaring Wings is a women’s only, online platform that assists women who are seeking personal growth and a better way to handle the obstacles in their lives.
We provide one to one coaching and mentorship programs that help our clients to reconnect with themselves, encouraging exploration of belief systems and self awareness. Furthermore, we guide clients to create lasting change through realistic steps, monitoring progress and offering accountability.

Life Coaching
The term coaching, counselling and training are often used interchangeably, but they are distinct fields. It is incorrect to assume that they are all the same approach.
Coaches spend a lot of time addressing their client’s aspirations and facilitating self-directed learning so that they can progress by taking action. Coaches are concerned with enhancing their client’s performance and taking them from point A to point B, allowing these creative solutions to emerge by themselves.
Counsellors help people overcome their problems, which are usually related to trauma from the past. They help the client process their feeling through investigating long standing issues, with a view to moving forward. They specialise in areas like stress and worry, depression, sleep problems, eating disorders, addictions and anger issues.
Trainers pass on information just like a teacher in an educational setting. They instruct the trainees and provide them with skills, knowledge and experience in their respective field. The training is not designed to give the trainee a choice in the content and they are presented with the solutions to their existing problems directly.
